AntiYama Privacy Policy

AntiYama is a road warning, map, driver community, and traffic alert application operated by Baraka Soft.
Data We Collect
The app may process the following data:
- phone number;
- password stored securely on the server and not stored in plain text;
- device identifier generated by the app;
- location data, speed, movement direction, and approximate map position;
- user reports, confirmations, and votes about road objects;
- chat, radio, and signal messages submitted by the user;
- voice messages, if the user records and sends them;
- push notification token;
- app version, technical diagnostics, and crash-related events.
How We Use Data
We use this data to:
- register and authenticate users;
- show road warnings near the driver;
- calculate distance and direction to road objects;
- submit, confirm, reject, and moderate road objects;
- operate the map, radar, chat, radio, and push notifications;
- prevent spam, false reports, abuse, and unsafe use;
- improve stability, diagnose issues, and fix errors.
Location Data
AntiYama uses location data to provide its core road warning and radar functionality. Location may be processed while the app is running and while its foreground service is active, so the app can show relevant road alerts during a trip.
Location data is used only for app functionality and is not used for advertising.
Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell users' personal data. Data may be processed by service providers required for app operation, including server hosting, Firebase/Google services for push notifications, diagnostics, and crash reporting.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect user data. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Data is transmitted between the app and server through network connections.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain safety, prevent abuse, and comply with operational requirements. Users may request account and related data deletion by contacting support.
